NO. 011: A EUROPEAN & MEDITERRANEAN EXTENSIVE LUXURY REMODEL

Inspired by our client’s incredible taste and love of travel, we designed this home with the tailoring of luxury fashion in mind along with the timeless elegance of European architecture and design. This property required a full-scale renovation to transform the dark, dated, and heavy spaces to the light, airy, and sophisticated haven it is today.

We began by stripping the heavy stone from the walls and fireplaces throughout the home, replacing it with elegant plaster finishes and creamy walls. We created flow throughout the home with custom stained warm wood floors and an overall, edited color palette of creamy whites, beige, with touches of blush and soft blue tones.

The kitchen became the heart of the home with floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry in warm wood tones, gorgeous tile, quartzite countertops, along with luxury lighting and hardware. Every detail throughout the home was carefully considered including custom furniture, window treatments, original artwork, and antique finds. A true family home designed for comfort, serenity, and longevity.
